A: Our Hydrating Cleansing Gel is able to remove light makeup such as sunscreen and eyebrow pencil. For heavier pigmented makeup such as foundation, concealer, eyeliner and eyeshadow, we recommend removing them with micellar water or makeup remover prior to cleansing.

A: The Hydrating Cleansing Gel is a gel-type cleanser. Upon lathering, a light foam will form, which allows the cleanser to clean even the deepest impurities. We formulated our cleanser to lather up with minimal foaming, so that it is gentle, non-drying, and non-abrasive to the skin.

A: It's a mix of both, with chamomile flower water taking up 50% of the ingredients. This allows the Anti-Aging Toning Water to nourish the skin without burdening the skin.

A: No. With its light texture and fast-absorbing properties, the Radiant Gold Essence is a zero-burden essence that does not leave a sticky feeling after application— even for oily/combination skin.

A: The 4 main functions of the Radiant Gold Essence are anti-aging, moisturising, stabilising and brightening.
Q: Who is this essence suitable for?
A: As the Radiant Gold Essence is an anti-aging essence, it works best for aging skin, primarily users aged 25 and above.
Q: I have sensitive skin. Can I use this essence?
A: Yes. However, as a precaution, it is recommended that those with sensitive skin undergo a skin test before using any new product. You may conduct a patch test on a small area of your neck before using.
Q: How long will it take for results to show?
A: According to customer feedback, it takes on average 2 weeks for the skin to be visibly moisturised, for the pores’ appearance to be minimised, and for obvious improvements in skin firmness and radiance.

Q: Does it solve severe acne problems?
A: No. As the essence is formulated with a variety of highly nourishing, active ingredients, we do not recommend those with severe acne and wounds to use it.

A: No. The Skin Perfecting Tinted Physical Sunscreen is tinted to blend seamlessly into your complexion, so it should dry to look like your skin, but a little bit better.

A: Upon dispensing, the sunscreen is milky and lightweight. After evenly applied to the skin, it dries semi-matte on the skin.

A: The Skin Perfecting Tinted Physical Sunscreen is light coverage. It has minimal concealing effects to enhance your complexion while maintaining your natural features.

This is a physical (mineral) sunscreen, which means its Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide base forms a barrier on top of the skin without penetrating the epidermis, blocking UV rays without irritating the skin. Unlike chemical sunscreens, physical sunscreens are more suitable for sensitive skin types.
Q: How long will the sunscreen protect the skin?
A: When worn in everyday situations, the sunscreen may provide UV protection for up to 10 hours. The duration may vary depending on the duration of sun exposure, the time of the day, and the type of activity you conduct while wearing the sunscreen.
As a rule of thumb, do not stay too long in the sun, even when wearing sunscreen.

A: Yes, a minor prickly feeling on the skin is normal as the mask works its way to nourish your skin. However, if the sting persists for a long time, wash the mask off with water immediately.
Q: When should I apply the mask?
A: We recommend using the mask for your PM routine to soothe your skin after a whole day of sun exposure. For sunburnt or irritated skin, you may apply a thicker layer to enhance its calming effects.
For dry to normal skin types, you may also lightly exfoliate at the end of your usage by using wet fingers to gently massage your skin through the mask.
